Works well on desktop but completely disappears on a mobile device. I didn’t get my paid download and no one is replying to my emails. I registered on their website http://www.nextendweb.com/ the day before I bought this. When I bought it the next day, I got an order ID number and a message saying my download was in my account. When I tried to log into my account, I realized the system had not sent me the password. So I couldn’t access my account. I then tried to reset my password on their site but the system did not send me a reset password link. I tried this again and again. No luck. I decided to complete the contact/support forms a number of times. I did not get a reply from anyone. Frustrated, I emailed them directly at info@nextendweb.com and support@nextendweb.com. In both occasions I received a “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender” error, suggesting the email addresses do not actually exist, even though they are listed on their website. So here I am, having paid for this “plugin” and being stuck with the free version which really doesn’t do much. A couple of features that I would like to see would be real font fiddling capabilities, like you get with fireworks! Presets styles, borders, drop shadows filter fx would be smart3!
