This is an updated review as initially I just reviewed the release candidate. Now V1.00 has been released, a version deemed ok for those that paid back in Novemeber 2024. Well what can I say, it is unintuitive, not very attractive UI when compared to competitiors, courses function are very basic, with standard features elsewhere missingg. To make anything private you need to purchase another sure product, sure memebers. For even basic functionality they say oh ust use ottokit (sure triggers) so for things that should in my opinion be part of Sure Dash we have to pay for other plugins. Worse than the actual product itself is the treatment of customers who previously via products like sure cart, thought the company was pretty good. Just recently Adam or an admin I believe it was in the text before a video showing v1 that we could expect it Tuesday hopefully of that week. Tuesday come and went and no update given. Remember this June 2024 after waiting since November. Now Adam says no such claim was made, I looked I could not find anything. So looks like they cleaned their tracks and removed things. This is not the kind of company I want to be tied to. But I purchased the business package and they will not refund me so I can go to Fluent Community. So instead of Adam taking responsibility for a terrible launch and currently still a terrible product he is defensive in comments and dismissive of real concerns. Stay away from this absolute mess. Beware of anyone saying ‘Its amazing!’ It really is not, so make your own mind up why we have reviews here from 3 months before it was released saying how good it is!I wanted to like it. I like surecart it is a good product. But this seems more like vapor ware, they sold something they said was alpha, it was not even alpha in my opinion as it is so unintuitive and in their efforts to be different from the competition they just made it the worst choice on the market. Stick with your LMS or Buddyboss (despite its slowness) or practically anything else. It is still better than this.

1.0 is finally out. I really hope this marks a turning point and that the team can start living up to the vision they shared from the beginning. I wanted this to work—I still do—but after all this time, it’s hard not to feel let down.
I joined SureDash early with genuine optimism. The idea of a native WordPress solution for communities and directories was compelling, and I was happy to support a product in development—as long as there was clear communication, steady progress, and a sense of direction.
But after several months, version 1.0 took much longer than expected. Timelines kept slipping, and at some point, updates stopped altogether. The lack of communication made it difficult to stay confident in the process.
If the pace picks up and things improve significantly, I’ll be happy to revise this review.
To the SureDash and Brainstorm Force team:
Please communicate more. Your early backers believed in your product and your long-term vision—and we still want to. But that requires transparency and consistency.
If you want to retain the trust of your early adopters, now’s the time to refocus. Don’t spread yourselves thin launching new tools while others remain half-baked.
Suredash can be an amazing plugin. Let’s make it happen.

This is an amazeballs plugin. I almost don’t want to leave a review since it’s going to make our client experiences next level better than most. I’d prefer to keep it a secret. It’s a great tool and they like with all their products are always improving, adding features, listening to their community. Please keep up the great work.
